1. The service
TrendCam uses AI to generate short videos inspired by viral trends from the photos you upload. The result is an AI creation: it may not be perfect or look exactly like you.
2. Requirements
You must be 18 or older. You sign in with your email: we send you a single-use link, no password.
3. Photos you may upload
- Only photos of yourself or of adults who have given you their express permission.
- Never of minors, celebrities or public figures, or of anyone without their consent.
- No sexual, violent or hateful content, and no videos to harass, deceive, impersonate someone or spread misinformation.
You are responsible for the photos you upload and for how you use the videos. We may refuse a request, remove a video or close an account if these rules are broken.
4. Your photos and your videos
You allow us to process your photos solely to generate your video; we delete them afterwards. You may use the generated videos for personal purposes and share them on social media. If you publish them, label them as AI-generated where the platform or the law requires it. Videos are available in My videos for 7 days.
5. Credits and prices
Videos are paid for with credits bought in packs. Prices include VAT. Credits do not expire, are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for money. Each video quality costs a number of credits shown before you generate it.
6. Right of withdrawal
Credits are digital content delivered immediately. By buying them you expressly agree to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you therefore lose the 14-day right of withdrawal (EU Directive 2011/83/EU, art. 16.m). This does not affect the automatic credit refund when a video fails (see refunds) or your statutory warranty rights.
7. Liability
We provide the service with due care but do not guarantee a specific result or continuous availability. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the credits concerned.
8. Changes
We may update these terms; the current version is the one published here. Purchases are governed by the version accepted at the time of purchase.
