What data we process and why

We do not use your photos to train AI models, we do not use them to identify you biometrically and we do not show them to other users. We do no profiling or personalised advertising and we do not sell data.
Photos of other people
You may only upload photos of yourself or of adults who have given you their permission. Never of minors, celebrities or public figures. If you appear in a video without having agreed to it, email hola@trendcam.app and we will delete it.
Who we share data with
Only with the providers needed to run the service, acting as processors:
- Amazon Web Services (hosting, database, storage and email sending), in the EU (Ireland).
- fal.ai (AI video generation), in the USA: receives your photos and the template only to generate your video.
- Stripe (payments). We never see or store your card details.
- Cloudflare (DNS and email forwarding).
Transfers outside the European Economic Area rely on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
Cookies and local storage
TrendCam uses no analytics or advertising cookies. We only keep what is strictly necessary in your browser's local storage: your signed-in session and your chosen language. That is why we show no cookie banner.
Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by emailing hola@trendcam.app. If you think we have not handled your request properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) or your local authority.
